Hello, I’m Balloon & Anvil (or ‘Stuart’ for short), an installation artist and cartoonist based in Edinburgh.
I take silliness seriously and invite the viewer to do the same. My work has been described as ‘a cult’ and ‘the best 30 seconds of the day, but ‘seriously silly’ is the definitely the best and most accurate description for purpose of promptitude and litigation.
